Our honest position
We guide. We do not sell Hajj packages.
Since the Nusuk system launched, pilgrims from the USA and Canada book their own Hajj directly from authorized Saudi providers, at the official price. There is no need to buy a "package" from a US company that simply resells you what you can book yourself.
So we do something more useful, and more honest: we guide you through the official Nusuk process, for free in our written guides, or hand-held by a Hajj consultant for a small one-time fee. Your booking, your account, your money, your Hajj. We are simply the experienced hand beside you.
How it really works
Booking Hajj the official way
Four steps on the official Nusuk Hajj platform. No middleman, no markup.
1. Create your Nusuk account
Hajj for pilgrims in the USA and Canada is booked directly on the official Nusuk Hajj platform, hajj.nusuk.sa. You register in your own name and upload your passport and photo.
2. Verify and fund your e-wallet
Once your application is verified, you top up Nusuk’s own e-wallet. Your payment goes to the Saudi provider through Nusuk, never to a middleman.
3. Choose a package and book
You browse authorized Saudi providers, pick the package that fits your budget, and book. Nusuk shows you the real price, with no reseller markup.
4. Travel and perform Hajj
Many packages include group flights from major gateways; if yours does not, you add flights. Then you travel and perform Hajj, with our guides and consultants beside you start to finish.
A warning, plainly
The markup trap
Any company that claims to "provide" you a Hajj package is standing between you and Nusuk. Even when they book a genuine provider for you, resellers commonly add $2,000 to $4,000 per pilgrim on top of the official Nusuk price, for steps you can do yourself.
- You can see the real price on Nusuk before anyone marks it up.
- You pay the Saudi provider through Nusuk’s own e-wallet, not a middleman.
- A consultant’s fee is a small, flat amount, nowhere near a four-figure markup.
