Hajj paperwork is not complicated, but a small mistake, like a passport about to expire or a name that does not match, can cause real delays. Use this checklist to get everything in order before 2027 packages open.
Before you register on Nusuk
- Passport valid well beyond your travel dates. Renew early if it is close.
- Passport-style photo that meets the specification.
- Your legal name, consistent across passport and Nusuk, with no typos.
For the application
- Nusuk Hajj account, created in your own name. See the account walk-through.
- Any additional documents Nusuk requests during verification.
Health paperwork
- Required vaccinations. Saudi Arabia requires certain vaccines for pilgrims, commonly meningococcal meningitis, with others possible. Confirm current requirements and get your certificate.
- Any personal medication with a doctor’s note, in original packaging. See our Hajj health guide.
For travel
- Flight details. Many packages include group flights; keep your itinerary handy either way.
- Booking confirmation from Nusuk.
- Copies of everything, digital and printed, kept separately from the originals.
A tip that saves stress
Scan every document and store it securely in the cloud and on your phone. If anything is lost in the crowds, you have backups.
Want someone to check it all?
Our Hajj consultant Standard and Premium tiers help you prepare and check your documents before you upload them to Nusuk, so nothing holds up your verification. We guide. We do not sell Hajj packages.
Requirements change. Always confirm the current list on hajj.nusuk.sa and with your doctor.
