- When you book: passport details, photos, vaccination records, nationality and residency status for each traveler, and payment information.
- When you browse: basic technical information, through analytics if enabled.
How we use it
To reply to your request, prepare quotes, book hotels, transfers and flights, apply for visas and permits, contact you during your trip, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
- Hotels, transport companies and airlines that deliver your trip
- Saudi authorities and licensed Umrah service providers, through Nusuk, for visas and permits
- Services that run this website and deliver form submissions to us
- Authorities when required by law
Forms
Quote requests are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms. Please do not send passport or payment details through the website. We will ask for them securely when you book.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Our rating links to Trustpilot, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Request details are kept for as long as needed to respond, and booking records for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
