How we stay honest
The ground rules
- Al Salaam Travels is an independent Hajj guide and consultant. We do not sell Hajj packages.
- Your Nusuk Hajj account is yours. It is created in your name, you keep your own login, and you make every payment yourself through Nusuk’s own e-wallet.
- We guide and assist you. We never ask for your Nusuk password and we never take your payment for a package; your money goes to the Saudi provider through Nusuk, not to us.
- The consultant fee is for our time and guidance only. It is separate from, and far below, the markup that package resellers add.

About the consultant service
What exactly does a Hajj consultant do?
We guide you through booking your own Hajj on the official Nusuk platform: creating your account, preparing documents, funding your own e-wallet, choosing a provider, and understanding the rites, with updates and support until you return. We do not sell you a package or handle your money for one.
Is the fee all I pay?
The consultant fee is for our guidance only. You still pay the Saudi provider for your Hajj package directly through Nusuk’s e-wallet. The point is that you pay the real Nusuk price, plus a small flat fee to us, instead of a reseller’s markup of thousands.
Will you log into my Nusuk account?
No. Your Nusuk account is yours and stays in your name. We guide you while you are at the controls. We never ask for your password and never take payment on your behalf.
Which tier should I pick?
Basic ($100) if you are confident and just want updates and answers. Standard ($300) if you want help getting onto Nusuk correctly. Premium ($500) if it is your first Hajj or you are travelling with family and want a hand at every step.
